Course Information
Live Fire Long Gun Training, a one-day course held at a traditional flat range or improvised range depending on availability. This course emphasizes safe operation, accuracy development, and practical skill building with long guns. Through instructor-supervised drills and applied shooting practice, participants will learn: - CFSC-aligned safe handling fundamentals - Firearm handling and marksmanship proficiency - Target acquisition and positive identification - Awareness of backstop, surroundings, and safe engagement - Shooting positions and supported firing techniques - Ballistics and caliber selection based on application - Carry and deployment techniques - Instruction on how to zero your firearm - Safe storage, transport, and maintenance - Ethical responsibilities and personal protective standards

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling (More Than 72 Hours’ Notice) If you need to reschedule more than 72 hours before your course, your payment will be credited toward another available course date. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Changes made within 72 hours of the course start time will result in your payment being non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies). Approval is at our discretion. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in your payment being non-refundable. Instructor Cancellations If Northern Contingency must cancel a course, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future date.
