If you’re interested in training tailored to your needs, we also offer personalized courses for families, small groups, and organizations. Whether you want a private PAL course, a customized first aid session, or training scheduled around your group’s availability, we can accommodate most requests. Private courses can be held for groups who already have participants arranged, or for families who prefer to learn together in a comfortable setting. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling (More Than 72 Hours’ Notice) If you need to reschedule more than 72 hours before your course, your payment will be credited toward another available course date. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Changes made within 72 hours of the course start time will result in your payment being non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies). Approval is at our discretion. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in your payment being non-refundable. Instructor Cancellations If Northern Contingency must cancel a course, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future date.
